Got a square transformer it is 11cm x 7cm x 6cm high. It has two wires going in at the top on one side, and three wires coming from the top and three from the bottom on other side. Is there a way I can find out how it wires up and how much power it has.

Not sure which way round it goes either. I can stick a pic of it up if needed.

Got ATS1352 on the side, I can find info as far as its Pioneer, but cant find ant output detail.

first, check the windings.
Are the two wires insulated from all the others and connected to each other?
Are the three wires connected to each other and insulated from all the others?
Are the other three wires connected to each other?

Get an 8way insulated terminal block and secure each wire end to an insulated terminal.
Note the diameter of the wires. Are any thinner or thicker than the others?
The thin pair that go on the core nearest the middle will probably be the primary.

Get a bulb tester and plug it into the mains.
Plug the primary pair into the bulbtester. Stand back and switch on. Is the bulb still off?
If yes, then start measuring voltages VERY CAREFULLY.
