so after sending back my control unit for replacement several times due to the lcd back light going out, they sent me an entire unit. i've ended up with 2 sets and only 1 control unit.
so i tried connecting the 2 units with some SVGA cables i soldered up but got some slight burning smells so i gave up on it. i was looking for a second control unit on ebay and came across the cables that allow you to use the speakers without the control pod. that brought me to this site looking for a wiring diagram of the plug. i've purchased a Y splitter cable and plan to hook up the 2 units that way. i used this picture and will only connect the wires that are highlighted in the pictures, do you see any problems with this? http://img526.imageshack.us/img526/8...2209164739.jpg thanks in advance. |

I have done it with 2 subs to 1 control unit.
You have to make a Y-splitter cable and connect pin 1 to 1 and so on. Only pin 10, 14 and 15 you dont cornnect. Have fun.... |
