Are you getting 25vdc on the speaker output? if is that....Something is REALLY wrong.Do not connect any speakers ( you will fry speakers).can you post schematic.Did you follow instructions correctly?. Go over the entire amp again, This time take it slowly.

How do you connect the ground? Is it a P2P wiring or PCB mount?

May be your 3886's inverted input is floating from a bad solder joint or somthing else. So I would check the solderings first..

With the voltmeter, is there the same amount of voltage inside the power caps?
If it is different, that can get to the output.
This can also happen if one rail isn't hooked up.
It can also happen if the chip is bad or worn out.

My first project LM3886,Successful and very good sound.(view the schematic)
for my second project,getting 25v dc volt at pin 3.supply cap voltage at output.i ready replace the new lm3886 chip,but getting the same result.i will check again all the connection,maybe i am wrong.izit good to use the crocodile clip for supply (+V & -V)connections and GND connection for testing?correct me frm wrong.Thanks...........JESUS MY SAVIOR
