Default Biasing the BPA150

I built the BPA150 using Alex's board and it sounds really good. I think I will use it as my main amp for now.

Questions is, how do you bias each chip? It seems when you change the bias on one chip, the others change as well. Is the goal to set all of them to 0? If so, is there a rule I can use to bias them quicky?

Biasing them all to 0 would be the ideal case, which is probably impossible to achieve. The important thing is to make the bias as equal as possible. So step 1 would be to set the bias on all ICs as close to 0 as you can get. Step 2 is to determine, which of the ICs is furthest from 0 and tune the others as close as possible to the same value.
