two pa100 have a maximum output of 100W+100W.
300VA is an ideal compromise between weight, cost, volume, performance. 24+24Vac should be good for 8ohm, or 6ohm or 4 to 8ohm speakers. 4ohm speakers will take this amp to near it's limits if it is a low sensitivity design.

You should provide a schematic, but if it is a copy of a working amplifier, what is there to opine?
