Personally I would swap the OG and the connection for SG. Let the signal ground sniff at OG. Right now you'll draw amperes via the SG connection => voltage drop.

Signal Ground is the return for the signal input.
It is not the return for the amp output.

the output filter is the pair of resistors that connect the amp output to the output terminal and to power ground.
