Any circuit designs around for this chip? When I searched, I didn't see a single post on this.

NTE as far as I know manufactures equivalent replacement parts for existing parts from other manufacturer's.
This part looks to be a replacement part for LM3886. Search LM3886 and you will find lots of information. [Edit: Confirmed. Go to NTE website and search LM3886 cross-reference and you find NTE7197]

Yep. And thank you. I saw that on the parts store ordering system. They could not find a Philips sample schematic, like the ones Natonal Semiconductor's provides on their spec sheets.
I was thinking that the pin out was the same as the LM3886 but just wanted to be sure before the solder starts to melt. |
