Hi all,
I'd like to ask that has anybody tried LM4562 or new LME series as unity gain buffer? National says "theyre unity gain stable" but how they sound in unity gain... I am asking that because as I remember somebody in this forum mentioned that LM4562 doesnt sound good with unity gain... Any comment?

I think they sound good for the price. When used as unity gain buffer inside my DAC, *if I'm not wrong*.
You mean they can sound even better? That'd be nice. Because I have a pair of them in the pre/headphone amp section. But I don't hear them sounding better though. Must be the amp not of very good quality (the sound is worse with it). |
