You can try a resistor on the +input. It makes the sound maybe somewhat slower IMHO, but the bass is better noticable (though less tight).

To all those who feel that the GC does not have enough bass, please reserve judgement until you have it workinig in a sturdy case!
I know a lot of people are rightly building a test circuit on a piece of wood but how and what the heatsink is attached to does make a difference!

I did put it in a case...has good bass...but high treble as well...I'm thinking of limiting treble and boosting the bass...any ideas??

One will probably do the other in my experience. Rather than muck around with what is a good design, I would rather try different interconnects, speakers etc.
