Thus the worries for the heat. But I'm quite convinced I'll be fine, since nothing heated up too much on my early tests. I still have to see how it'll handle a long playing session though.

Don't worry, during tests, mine after a long listening session measured from 37° to 42° Celsius with both modules attached to a single panel...so with a surface that equals your two panels.
