Hello!
I was serching alittle for linn amps but all i found was people who wrote that they have seen other people build these amps and so on. My question is: Are there any shematics on some linn amp clones available or not? I´m nterested in the 2250 or the klimax amp //Hemling |

I think Klimax solo is descrete.
All other (I think) are based on TDA7293. Chakra amps use TDA7293 and two external transistor for high currents as shown in the last post here: About Linn power amps... Ps. The Linn SMPS is probably a reason why these chips can sound so good.

No, it is probably not a clone. I havn't seen a Linn schematic for the amp and SMPS.
The three paralell topology, I think, was used in 2250 but newer amps use the chakra topology. |
