Where can I get a pcb for a discrete GC preamp?

I want a pcb for a discrete gc preamp and ps like on Nuuk's site??? Searched ad nauseum.

I'm not sure if you can get a PCB, or a complete module, but this would be ideal!

He already offers the PCB

His pre has one important advantage - lack of capacitor in the signal path.
