Hello

does everybody know Audio Driver IC for Mosfet N-Channel Output Stage (not Class D)

I find a lot of Audio Driver IC from National but this ICs need N and P Channel Mosfets in Output Stage.

Im searching for Mosfet N-Channel Audio Driver IC (not Class D)

I want design Mosfet Amplifier with N Channel output Devices

No, they don't. That is only the Typical Application shown in the datasheets, because it is the most reasonable one.
