This Philips chip seems very popular in Japan. There are lot of kits and projects on the www:

I'ts good, but not HiFi ( class B operation, designed for car audio ).
You should try with some better ( newer ) chips. My first amplifier was designed with this chip ( built 8 years ago ), and it's still working. |
