airlinktransformers are not picking up the fone and have not delivered my toriod

i ordered a 300va 2x22v for my new gainclone kit still waiting for the kit which is understandable coming from abroad. but for the toriod i paid bloody 47 odd pounds to this website it been a over 1 week, it is located in the uk so expected fast delivery i tried to ring them but they do not pick up voice mail on.

Well they looks like a serious company, so my guess is that they are closed for summer vaccation maybe?

How many times have you phoned them and over how many days? One week is a bit soon to start worrying! ;)

Other members on here have used them and recieved the product, they report that the transformers are of good quality. I wouldn't worry about it yet :)

It usually takes 5-7 working days for them to deliver. I ordered one from them recently for my GC and it arrived in just over a weeks time. well packaged. You shouldnt worry, chances are you might have received the transformer by now?

no mobeen bro i havnt recived it yet i recived peter daniels pcb kit and other deoxit and isp today i rang the company it just goes straight to voice mail. Peter daniel kit from canada already here man and that from a broad.

There customer service doesnt seem to be responsive. I called them too when my transformer had not arrived for a week. The person on the phone said that she wont be able to help and someone who could help wont be available until next day. I decided to wait for couple of days and then it arrived. i did not have to call them back. In your case, i think its taking too long, so you should try to contact them by all means. Send them emails, call alternate numbers. see if you can get through. looks like they are on holiday :)

yh they are reliable just the time I ordered the toriod they were having holidays.
