I've managed to pop my BrainGT 3886 chip again. I have 2 spare BrainGT "Snubberized" power supply boards.
I'm thinking of trying the audio sector LM4780 Amplifier Kit. Will i be able to power them from the "Snubberized" power supply (+&-33v) |

Yes, that voltage is fine. LM4780 is exactly 2 x LM3886 in one chip: http://home.pacific.net.au/~gnb/audio/lmcomp.html
A single amp board (good for one LM4780 chip) is $10. It allows stereo application and is basically the same as 2 x LM3886 amp boards.
