PCM2902 problem

Well I have built this usb dac and I have strange problem! I made this dac via this scheme http://www.pavouk.org/hw/usbdac/en_index.html and it does work but in windows XP auto arranges volume, after a minute or so it turns down the volume to the minimum!

What could be wrong?

Nobody?

Now my problem is even worse, windows don't even recognize the device. Help me!!!

so windows doesnt even recognise it at all???
because it could be drivers if it is there but not functioning (device cannot start... so on)
