Just curious if anyones built one of these or what not.
http://chip-pcb.cn/7300/4702-E.htm I know its not the traditional chipamp but uses a chip (LM4702) for the driver and fets for the outputs. Thinking about trying it out as its pretty cheap for one. I may have to upgrade some of the caps and what not but looks interesting. |

There is thread about this configuration here.....
Sound quality question I think the better solution is to use the new LME49810 instead..... LME49810 - a new cousin for LM4702

Ok I was trying to search but really just couldn't think of what to search for to get a specific result. I was looking at the 4702 model because it's quite a bit cheaper.

These seem to be very good designs all around. I would check into the protection of the LM4702 and LME49810 modules since they do not have protection on the chip for the output stage. Prices look very nice too.

Luckily they have the drivers to drive MOSFETs.

What do you mean?

The LM4702 does not have the sufficient output current to drive MOSFETs optimally,so you need a driver stage.
