STK3102 MkIII - Chip Amp ??

Hi.

Has anyone use the STK3102 as an amp, either in stereo or bridged ??

I know they have been used as drivers in the Marantz PM80 and others but what about as a DIY amp ?

Why the ask??

As far as I know it´s harder to get them every week. Almost every Marantz listener who knows about this driver is affraid it blows because almost every time this means that the amp is not repairable because of the trouble it is to get a replacement of the STK.

Aside from that I´m still curious what interrests you in this driver.

dont see how they are hard to get.

i just replaced a couple of them in a sony.

ive built a few circuits with the STK3102.

ive also got a circuit built for a 6 output transistor darlington monoblock wiht the STK350-230
