TA7250BP BTL IC amplifier problem

Hi i recently aquired a really small little car amplifier with 2 TA7250BP's in it.
For a project i am currantly doing i would like to have this little amp, it being roughly 12v... but the problem is i get no output
put a signal in and it gives a very faint signal out. I dont think its the IC's because it still has the "normal sounding" background hiss. Any help anyone can give me would be really great because it fits perfectly inside the case of my "jukebox computer" project

Sorry i forgot 2 mention the amplifier is a Kenwood KAC-520 if that is any help.
It IS a car amplifier but im interested in the IC's so i thaught this was a more appropriate place to post
