Get all the ground wires, and connect them to the same point on the chassis. I used a nut and bolt and connected them all to that.

Also, if you are still building, take a look at large Hammond enclosures for a case, they look really nice.

You should have a signal star ground point, connected to a power ground star. That power star should then be connected to the chassis via some sort of 'lifting' device, usually a capacitor and resistor in series.
