I'm a student and on quite a budget, but I was given a Yamaha 4 channel amp a short while ago. Now it has only ever been lightly used and some of the components seem reasonable-ish to my untrained eye, the power capacitors are a mix of Rubycon and Elna.
My two questions are: #1 - Is there any chance of finding a maintenance manual/schematics for it. #2 - Is it worth modding in the first place? |
