Received Mr. Elliots P09 electronic crossover PCB but have a question to someone familiar with this board. Can anyone tell me the difference between the "balanced" and "unbalanced" input configuration? The terminals for signal in are marked "+", "-" and "G" round. Sort of confusing, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Balanced input is the studio standard, uses XLR connectors. It is configured differently than standard in that the signal has +, -, and ground.
Unless you have balanced equipment(pre-amp etc.), you will use unbalanced option. |
