If keeping seperate star grounds for signal and power, where would the opamps' (buffer and servo) power ground go to? I would assume signal ground, just due to the low currents involved. Is this correct?

no.
The decoupling across the opamp sends pulses into the power ground. Try to return these pulses separate from the clean audio ground.
