These is a British firm (ILP Electronics) that has been making amp modules and toroidal transformers for about 35 years. I remember using some of their modules and transformers in the early 70s. Has anyone used them at this time?
These power amps are all MOSFET.... http://www.ilpelectronics.com/

There's a few threads on ILP modules somewhere. To sum up, the components could be anything quality-wise under the potting and if anything goes wrong they'd be tricky to repair. I don't recall any recent purchasers posting, they were like me and you, remembering the firm from way back.
A search on ilpelectronics will turn some up, here's a starter: ILP Amplifier Modules |
