Default subwoofer question

im setting up my system in my yukon for spring wondering i had the woffers pointing up someone said if i point them back towards the rear doors i would gain 3db wondering am i gonna notice that big of a difference if i point them up or back towards the doors?

It varies from car to car, try it and see if you notice a difference

It's sort of like the phase control on a sub amp, sometimes it makes little-to-no difference, sometimes it makes a big difference, it all depends on the specific system and vehicle.
