working on a fosgate bd1000 amp the transistors are irf6215 mouser doesnt carry them so they say wondering what part number is a good cross so i can order them?

IRF6215PBF is the new part. PBF indicates that it's lead free (to be RoHS compliant).
Digikey has both the older part and the PBF in stock.

these are on E-bay also, but out of the UK. I just bought 100 pieces for a seller myself, I saved a few bucks off of digi-keys 100 piece price.
