n/p Mosfets vs depletion mod mosfets

I am lookin at the board on my amp and 3 mosfets on both sides have a resistance of 0ohms. It is labled differently then all the other sets.

The mosfets that have 0 ohms are labled P15U200P.

Any help on figureing out if those are dead mosfets or just depletion mod mosfet.

And if they are busted where can i get them?

15 ampere 200 volt DIODES not FETs.

You might try learning the parts designation system before venturing into the repair end of things. It helps a whole lot to know what your looking at

Actually they're not diodes, they're Fairchild Rectifiers

But diodes are rectifiers.

Now your gettin there

How about DUAL DIODES, or Ultra-fast dual diodes maybe with a R or a S suffix for polarity

Manufacrurer isn't so important as several manufacturers will cross to a suitible or superior device
