Are you talking about the fuse by the battery?
It depends on the cable you're using, not the amp. I'm assuming you're using 4awg, if so then any fuse below ~120 amps will work fine. If you're using 8awg then any fuse below ~80 amps will work fine. Those are the upper limits, you want to stay below that and above the amp's normal draw so it doesn't blow under normal circumstances. In your case, above 50 would be fine, however you might as well just fuse at the max your wire will safely support so that you don't have to replace it if you add another amp or replace your current amp sometime in the future.
