Weighs in at about 20kg.
size 740mmX375mmx65 approx.

and does more than 8kw rms into 2ohms

mostly used at sound comps , rarely used for music!

I doubt HiFonics or whomever makes the Intimidator can come close to quality of the Crown technology in the JBL amp. With a 4 ohm bridged output load the rail voltage is in excess of +-160v.

Those fets would probably have to use fairly high quiescent current to avoid crossover distortion. Indeed they will be rarely used for music...
