im just trying to have the able to have a real good clean sound but be be able to crank like hell. i listen to 100% metal- so i need a driver that's got plenty of midbass. i have a pair of idq8's but i dont want to rebuild my whole door just to them tanks in there
oh i forgot about install plan. currently i have dls A3 A1 A6, alpine 9835, 3 idq12's, audio control dqx, and idq8's.
i was running with the cdt es620's but wasn't happy with the midbass. yes, i sound deaden the hell out of my doors. currently im looking into purchasing another vehicle as well. thinking about a silverado, tahoe or maybe a maxima.
