Hi, i have an MTX 6500D blown. The electronic component labeled Q673 is blown and i don't know what it is. It is marked on top : 1D. Does anyone know what it is so i could replace it?

There are several components that use that code but it's likely an MPSA42. The following link will help you to determine the part number of various SMD semiconductors. If you lose this link, search for 'SMD codebook' with google and it will likely be the first link.

its actually a MMBTA42 , Im really surprised that would blow, i've never seen one blow in the power supply side.

Yes, me too but actually he didn't blow, a capacitor 470nj near him burned and the semi-conductor and the pcb burned. The big capacitor also blew up. But the output transistor seems to be fine. Thank you for the advice i will try that.
