is there a way to change the car radio ant input to a 75ohm wire i can run to a folded dipole on my roof? im using a car radio in a wall in house

I believe you need a balun transformer. To keep things simple, try and find one of those old receivers with both a coax and a 300ohm input. Look how they did it and/or strip that part out. They are available for very cheap but DIY is of course more fun.
