Default Ford 7000

Hello.I have a Ford 7000 rds car radio/cassette that wont switch on.I have traced what i think should be a 5v rail at on/off switch back to pin 11 of IC 001,it is approx 2.6v!with this pin isolated from circuit it measures approx 5v.The Ford code is 70042FB,does anybody know what IC 001 is,i assume that it a TDA,or similar device, with a Ford code.Thanks.
