Question How do I connecting speaker signals to line level input ?

I need some help about using opamp for attenuated level from speaker to line preamp level.

I don't like to change my original car cd/tape player to newer product.

speking under correction here, but I think most headphone level outputs I see, is just 2 resistors (one for each channel)....
