I am attempting to install two (2) 12" Kicker Comp's under the rear seat. I was wondering if anyone has attempted this and has any suggestions/tips. The only info I have ever found reports people installing 10's at the largest. I am a little concerned about structural integrity of the seat and seat belt connections once the install is complete. Please forward any advice/info you may have.

they make spacers that fit in between your back seat brackets and the floor out of aluminum...very easy to install and will not take away ffrom the integrity of the seat belts
