Does anybody knows "Vieta" brand

I would like to know does anybody knows Vieta brand. Is it good or average in quality? It seems to me, that company is from Spain. Their site www.vieta.es/
Mayby somebody opened it to see how good it is in schematic?

Vieta was founded by Vieta brothers and it was quite famous for selling quality amplifiers and loudspeakers during 1970s and early 1980s. They were even exporting Hi-Fi equipment to United Kingdom, a very demanding market. However, their business folded in late 1980s due to reasons that are still not well understood.

Then, in early 2000s, some foolish businessmen that didn't even have a clue about audio bought the 'Vieta' trademark and started to import and sell low quality car-audio equipment from far East under that brand. Now they are even trying to introduce the brand back into Hi-Fi market, I think, but they are just importers.

I think that's quite unfair, since they are making a lot of profit from the hard earned prestige of the good old Vieta brand by just selling inferior equipment.

Avoid their SMD series, their PCBs are beautiful at first glance but they suffer from terrible design.

Thank you Eva, your replay is very useful. I'm planing to buy the car amplifier, and I check some EC brands such as: Helix, Dragster, MacAudio and Vieta. Now left 3 brands.
