earthquake phd3 ic4

I have an Earthquake PHD3 amp with a bad IC4, The IC has epoxy poured over it. This make ID impossible. This IC drives the outputs. Does anyone know the part number of this ID?

i have lots of eartquakeamps with the same problem,if anybody can help me send me an email
