I have a chev silverado.
i want THE ABSOLUTE LOUDEST BASS i can squeeze into a 1.4 cubic foot box.. just give it to me... adire shiva the way to go? if someone can figure out what a shiva will do in a truck cab in a 1.4 cubic foot sealed that would be great. thanks
When i say what a shiva will do... i mean like max spl at 30 hertz

I have three shivas and when i got my first one i was going for smooth sound which shiva has but i was also going for the load boom boom which i finally got three of them for that. but if you want loud get the L7 they sound pretty good too but not as good as the shiva
get the L7
get the L7
subs
To find out how loud mechanically a sub can play use sd(surface area) x xmax(excursion) assuming you have unlimited power. Use WinISD to model otherwise. I would want a larger box for spl. 30Hz isnt going to achieve near as high spl. smaller cabin higher spl tuning. For getting metered in a truck I would look more at like 55-70Hz for high numbers. If you still want to go for 30Hz in a truck expect to need ~4x power.
