I'm looking for the schematics for a 1st gen Orion HCCA 225 amp. Any help or links would be appreciated...

I was wondering if you found the diagrams for the crossover patterns for the top of the HCCA. I am looking for them myself.

I have a printout of the crossover patterns, if you still need them. Unfortunately I don't have them electronically, but email me and I can snail-mail or fax you a copy. Or I can describe what you need to do to get a certain setting.

I really need to get a scanner, but in the meantime here are some pictures... The document say it is for 4-channel but I have the 425, 225 and 250 and it works for all of them (just pretend the 2 channel amp is channels 1+2 of a 4 channel).

The diagrams help a lot, but do you know where I could attain a bypass card? I have one bypas card and an X-Over card, I want to run the amp open, no X-Over. I appreciate your help!

The ebay seller "robotunderground" has had them in the past; you might try emailing him. I do have an extra pair but I am not sure I want to sell them...
If all you want to do is bypass, you can simulate the card by taking a jumper off of the SLF-1 card and putting it on pins 1-2 and 9-10 of each channel. Like this |
