refurbing orion 225hcca

hi,

im refurbing a 225hcca (digital reference) amp...and i cant seem to find the equivalent replacement parts for some of the components...

power supply transistors....SMP60N06

Diode(220case)between the output/power supply...FEN16CT-9150

input opto...MCT2-v138/143

anyone know the current day equivalents?

go to mouser.com and enter the part numbers. the equivalent parts will show up.

Mmm.. 225 HCCA. Great amp. Hope it provides you with much enjoyment when you're done refurbing it!

SMP60N06 <-- This is a 60V 60A N-channel MOSFET, try IRFZ48 (preferably with V suffix) or HUF75339.

FEN16CT <-- This is a 150V 16A dual common-anode ultrafast diode (negative rail), try On-Semiconductor MUR1620CTR (and its complementMUR1620CT for the positive rail).

MCT2 <-- Try the good old 4N25, it has almost the same specs.
