smps power sg3525 for 3000 wats power alimentation

Hello have a great problem.
And made an amplifier of car audio.
Exactly 2 x 1200 watios rms.

I need to know if someone throws(adds) a hand.
The source(fountain) is so a beast that the irfz do not bear mas that 5 minutes in march I use 24 irfz44 the voltage of exit is of 94+94 volts. someone knows of transistors mas powerful, for such a magnitude. Thank you.
