Default Cabin Gain

I had a question regarding cabin gain and I thought I'd find a thread about it in the car audio forum, but one hasnt been created yet! So I'm here to find the truth about cabin gain.

My question was, is it possible to achive 136db @ 15hz using a single adire tumult in a 6cubic foot vented enclosure tuned to 15hz. WinISD predicts 112db@15hz anechoic which would mean at least 24db of gain would be needed to achieve 136db. I've heard that 12db/octave below 80hz is a rule of thumb, but lack real world experience regarding the matter.
Thanks guys
