powering shiva w/ a8002t

I have a adire shiva and a a8002t amp.The shiva is only getting 200w rms cause im not bridging it.It sounds awesome but Is there a way i can get the sub more power with that amp without blowing it up? Maybe i can bridge it cause it may not be getting the full 12v can i test it with a volt meter? Im just a little curious of how it will sound at it's full excursion.Even if i get second shiva i will still have the same problem.I just wanna try getting around the hassel of getting rid of this amp and getting a new one.
