Default Can I change the tuning step in my Chevrolet/Delco radio?

Model 16211095. US-standard step 0.2 MHz,
but I live in Russia and need step 0.1 or 0.05MHz where radio stations are on odd-tenth and eve-tenth megahertz intervals.
