PG amp ?

Has anyone ever heard of PG amps? Are they any good?

i dont know all it says on the amp is pg. i dont think its phoenix gold because i have one of those and it is black with gold lettering and the pg is gray with blue lettering and a blue light.

i will get a pic but for right now i dont. all i know is it sounds like **** (its in my friends car). it doesnt put out very much

then I think some Korean or Chinese company wants to make big profit with cheap material and the two "solid" letters that should make people thing they have a phoenix gold amplifier. Wouldn´t be the first time.

I disagree, I had a PG T1200.1 recently sold because wayyy too powerful. They bench more than rated. Mine benched 1554.37 watts @ 4 ohms Their octane series is NOT good, I will definately agree, but their Titanium and Tantrum are very good. I havent had any experience with the new xenon I'm a member of Elite Car Audio, I'd say most people will recomend PG for solid state amps in at price range.

Sorry I didn't read that is was blue with a blue neon, yes that is the Octane R, that is their cheapest amp, as I mentioned earlier not a favorite of mine, well just not as good as some of the competion in that price range.

After looking at the Phoenix Gold website i noticed that the amp is infact a Phoenix Gold and not just some cheap knock-off it is the Octane series 800 watt. You stated that the octane series is no good and i will agree on that. Thanks for the help!!!
