Noise Supressor
 

any 1 got any help or a guide on fitting an audio supressor to the bck of the cd player. the intructions on the box arnt very clear atall. its from halfords, £6.99.

it is a saxo so the battery + and the ACC wires have been swaped around.

If its a coil of wire type then you just connect it in line with the power feed. This will be the wire with the fuse and probably also the thicker wire of the red/yellow choice.

it has a black box, with 2 wires comin outta each side, ground remote, possitive and negative. but am not sure how to connect it up.

any 1 got any guides on it??

Dunno then. I've only ever seen ones with 2 wires.

Have you been back to Halfords and asked one of the Ripspeed people there? They are usually very helpful.

It would appear from the description that both positive and negative rails have series inductors. Probably something like;-
