Hey just wanted to say thanks for all the help and the good feed back to my questions. My system is finaaly in and sounds way better then i had expected. Though it prbably doesn't even start to compare to yalls set ups I am relly proud.
Heres what i ended up with. Dual batteries wired in parrellel(sp) A Kenwood kdc-422 head unit. hifonics zues zx-6400 4 ch. hifinics brutus bx-1000 mono infinity kappa 60.5 components up front mounted in the stock location. infinity kappa 62.5 two ways in the rear doors kicker solobaric s12 l5 sub in a .88 cu. ft. box I think it sounds dang good but haven't really ever herd anything that has all high end stuff in it. Every one that i know runs the factory speakers with a new head unit and then throws a sub in a premade box in the mix for bumps. Already thinking about modifications like sound dampening, cross over, eq and new head unit. all for next summer most likely. Going to try and get some pictures of the install up soon. Again thanks to all those who helped. |
