CAR radio to CD changer!!?

Hello all, someone please save my life!! A friend of mine has asked me to fit in his CD changer but his stereo hasnt any RCA contacts to conect the CD changer to!! I thought forget it but i thought i remembered that there was an 'adapter out there that fixes this problem! is there?
