ETD39 Cores Winding

Hi guys...
Can anyone tell how to winding this kind of trasfo? I can wind toroidal cores, but with these traditional transf. I didnt worked yet....
I wanna know some tips how to wind a car smps transformer using etd39 (I mean how to wind primary, secondary,insulation,etc)
